NORWALK — City police remind residents that the department has an e-commerce safe zone to ensure everyone is safe when making online purchases. The safe zone is in the police department’s South Main Street parking lot. Any buyers or sellers are urged by police never to meet someone you don’t know in a dark, isolated or unfamiliar area.
