STAMFORD - A truck carrying a flammable liquid has overturned on Fairfield Avenue Monday morning. Stamford police, fire crews are on the scene of the accident that happened near the intersection of Fairfield Avenue and Selleck Street. A state Department of Energy and Environmental Protection hazmat team has also been dispatched.
