BRIDGEPORT — Police have identified the victim of the city’s fourth homicide of 2018 as Alfanso Anderson. Anderson, 48, was killed around 11:30 p.m. on Monday night in Room 12 of the Sunnyside Inn in Bridgeport. Officers responded to the inn Monday night on report of shots fired. When they arrived, they found that Anderson had been shot at least once. On Tuesday night, Police Chief Armando Perez still had not identified Anderson. He said earlier in the day that detectives were attempting to identify him using fingerprints.
