Two Fairfield restaurateurs are planning on bringing a revamped concept for a former Trumbull Center bar. With two popular eateries in Wilton, Mario and Lopez and his wife Christina Ramirez are preparing to open their second Bianco Rosso in the site that housed the former O Bar & Grill at 942 White Plains Road. O Bar closed in the spring of 2016. “The town needs something like (what) we do like Bianco Rosso in Wilton,” Lopez said, stating that he and his wife were drawn to the space because they felt it was a perfect location for what they envisioned for their third eatery.
