The cream contains lidocaine, posing a risk of poisoning to young children. There have been no injuries or incidents from the cream, which was sold in an orange package with a purple stripe. The packaging contains the UPC bar code 3 11917 18962 8 on the back. The product was sold in Walgreens stores nationwide and online at www.walgreens.com.
