BRIDGEPORT — Councilwoman Eneida Martinez is preparing to grill private attorney Juda Epstein Monday night over his role in helping the city collect late sewer use fees. But Martinez has been wrangling with Epstein for four years in her personal life, raising the question of whether she has a conflict-of-interest. Epstein, according to online court records, has been representing Wilmot Apartments, Inc., a condominium association on the East End. Martinez owns a unit at Wilmot Apartments and Epstein since November 2013 had been trying to foreclose on her for unpaid common charges totaling $10,554. A judge dismissed the case against Martinez this past December. Epstein refiled.
