HARTFORD — U.S. Sen. Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn, taking a Connecticut survivor of child sex trafficking to President Donald Trump’s State of the Union address on Tuesday. East Hampton resident Theresa Leonard, co-founder of the Underground and survivor of child sex-trafficking, will be Blumenthal’s guest.
