Two northbound lanes on I-95 in Brigeport are closed Monday morning because of a motor-vehicle accident. The two-vehicle crash has closed the right and center lanes between Exits 29 and 28. The crash was reported at 5:57 a.m., according to the state Department of Transportation. Less than 10 minutes later another accident closed the left southbound lane between Exits 25 and 24 in Fairfield. Both accidents are not causing major delays because traffic is light.
