MILFORD — A city man was arrested Saturday after allegedly attempting to engage random bystanders in a fist fight. According to the Milford Police Department, officers were called to the area of Seven Seas Restaurant, 16 New Haven Ave., on a report of a fight. An investigation lead them to arrest Anthony Parrella, 25, of Milford, who is accused of attempting to engage bystanders in a fist fight and shouting profanity in the area. He was charged with second degree breach of peace and scheduled to appear in court Dec. 19.
