BRIDGEPORT — When Sandra Williams opened her eatery less than a year ago, she was confident customers would take a liking to her unique cheesecake recipes. Williams opened La Signature Cheesecake in February, bringing her love for authentic Jamaican cuisine to a small corner storefront within the Arcade Mall. After nine months running the shop with her daughter, Kaydene, the Bronx, N.Y., resident is preparing to take her operation to the next level by moving to a larger brick-and-mortar location at 961 Main St., in the City Trust building. “We are so blessed,” Williams said. “From the moment we moved in, it just kicked off, so it’s a good thing.
